Description

1. Manage mutli-state accounting group
2. Insure that financials are accurate and delivered on a timely basis by the 15th day of the month following month’s end
3. Insure all tax reporting is accurate and in line with local state and federal laws
4. Develop effective and trusted accounting team that is responsive to the needs of the business
5. Identify recommend and deliver improvements to the accounting processes and procedures. Train and follow up with field team to ensure that the processes and procedures are incorporated into their daily work routines.
6. Work closely with senior management to improve overall business financial performance
7. Perform business analysis to identify business risks then make recommendations to avoid minimize or eliminate the risks.
8. Identify ways to further develop FROSCH’s business

Requirements

Degreed Accountant, CPA Strongly preferred
Experience with multiple accounting packages – Experience with Trams software highly desired
Experience working effectively directly with owners and individual owners preferred

1. Proven track record of building effective accounting teams
2. 15 plus years experience in accounting with at least 10 years supervisory or management experience
3. Multi-state experience specifically including California New York and Texas.
4. Strong background in developing and implementing processes and procedures that guide company growth
5. Proven track record of developing employees
